The class begins with a visit to the historic La Boqueria Market in Catalonia, where you'll discover an array of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. After soaking in the vibrant market atmosphere, we'll head back to The GAB LAB, the heart of our culinary experience, where the magic of traditional Spanish cooking unfolds.
Embark on a Sangria-making workshop, complemented by a selection of fresh, seasonal tapas. Then under the guidance of our skilled chefs, you'll learn the secrets behind Chef Gabriel's renowned Seafood Paella, with options for vegetarian or chicken versions to cater to all tastes. Our cooking class is designed for everyone, from novices to master chefs, ensuring an enriching and enjoyable experience for all participants.
The session culminates in a family-style meal where you can enjoy the fruits of your labor, engage in cultural exchange, and savor the delicious flavors. You’ll also take home a recipe to recreate a taste of Spain in your own kitchen.
